1. Elaborate architectural projects and all specialties from the preliminary program phase to the execution project phase.

Briefly, the different project phases consist of the following:
  • Indication, by the owner, of the objectives, organic and functional characteristics and financial condition of the work.
  • Verify, on the part of the designer company, the feasibility of the requests of the developer and, if necessary, submit proposals for alternative solutions that are more favorable or more adjusted to local conditions than those stated by the developer in the preliminary program.
  • Development of the previous study with greater degree of detail and rigor, in order to allow the continuation of the study in the form of execution project. At this stage of the project, all necessary support will be provided to the entities involved in project licensing.
  • Development of the programmed solution, essentially with respect to the project/work.
  • Draw up documents to constitute procedure for the presentation of the contract and to provide all the information necessary for the proper execution of the work, including specifications, which include:
  • Technical Specifications;
  • Work map (measurements and quantities);
  • Budget Estimates.
2. Technical assistance
Support service for the preparation of the tender for the award of the contract, the evaluation of the proposals and the execution of the work, aiming at the correct interpretation of the project, the selection of the competitors and the performance of the work according to the specifications.

1. Coordination and project management
Ensure the management and coordination of projects, with the primary objective that all final definitions of the project correspond exactly to the planning, cost and quality parameters previously defined in the program.

2. Management and supervision of works
The management and supervision of the work has the objective of controlling and optimizing the parameters of quality, costs, deadlines and security previously established, either in contract or in project, guaranteeing its fulfillment in construction.
